Ulrich & Associates P.C. is a local CPA firm in Ogden, Utah. The firm emerged from a sole-proprietorship started by Charles E. Ulrich, CPA, who in 1986, branched out after having worked some 8 years with national and local CPA firms. As a result of opportunities to combine efforts with other CPAs, the firm grew into various entities, becoming Ulrich & Associates, P.C., Certified Public Accountants in 1995. The firm moved into its current location in 2000. The firm has since grown substantially that it became necessary in 2008 to complete construction of the office basement, creating space for five additional office, a conference room and several cubicles.
